Hi Team, Please create a new template to log medication for students that have medication every day at the same time. We have approximately 25 students everyday that fit this situation. I am sure that many other schools would appreciate this feature. I would like a template that has a list of the following students name, class, date, time due for medication, name of medication and dose (all pre-entered). Then you only have to tick the following boxes Medication administered, Correct student, correct medication, correct dose, correct route. Administered on time (or reason why not). A comment box is also needed. Name of staff member that administers the medication. You can also set dates for how long the medication is to be administered, one week, 2 months or ongoing. You could pick this information up from CASES21 or just type it into Compass once to set up a student. Please see attachments for further details.
