Is it possible to schedule emails through events like you can through a newsfeed or an email?

Create a function to enable automated payment reminders to parents for events. The reminder message to automatically send to parents that have not completed payment and have not declined 24 or 48 hours prior to the payment due deadline

We need the ability to assign attendees to particular sessions for an event i.e. Swimming Lessons they only go for session 1
