Ability for 'Conferences' to be booked by staff, for staff

Please add the capacity for 'Conferences' to be booked by staff (not just parents/caregivers) for processes like Classroom Profiling that need to be confidential and booked by all staff. Gives staff the capability to show their availability to other staff to be booked AND for staff who want to book to know who is free and when (but not see any others who have booked - just unavailabilities)
