We added a new template to the insights marketplace, and after testing it with a few schools, found a few changes that we needed to make to the template. When we requested that the template be updated, we were informed by the customer service team that they don't have any ability to update or remove insights templates from the marketplace like they can for Chronicles, only add new templates. We now have an old template that won't get used sitting in the marketplace, alongside the new one that will be used.... seems weird that chronicles can be updated and removed, but not insights.
