Can we please have audit logs for Learning Tasks, Progress Reports & Semester Reports.

Specifically focused on staff accountability regarding timelines for data entry.

i.e. If there is a standard that data is entered in by x weeks after a task - then we need to be able to verify this has occurred.

These questions come up several times every year (in both directions - why isn't this done - this was done by x date) where data is missing from reporting cycles putting pressure on other staff and other proofing processes.

While we can lock Semester Reports, we cannot lock data entry into Learning Tasks.
