We and I'm assuming other schools that when you have a banner up it seems to cover the top part of compass when you open it in a browser on your phone - this then means you cannot access any of the tabs at the top or search for students. Is it possible that when opening in a browser on phones that the start of the compass page is pushed down so you can still access all the tabs and utilise compass. We had no computers or phones this week for over half a day and had to utilise compass on our phones but had to remove the banner as we couldn't access the tabs at the top but the banner was also really needed alerting staff.
