Hi everyone, this can now be done via the Subjects & Classes screen - you can simply select the subjects you wish to export the class lists for > Selected and then run the Class List export. You can also do the handbook!

Jerome Muldoon Reading the feature request, the intention of this is to allow class list exports to be used when there is a Compass Outage. If you need to manually export the lists, then the implementation doesn't work.

Jerome Muldoon This was part of my original request, that the rolls could be an automated daily task that is sent to a email address or file location

How would you conduct the export if Compass is suffering an outage?
An FYI this could be done from CASES21 if you're a VicDET school.

Hayden EVERWOOD Not a VicDET school , we can get an export of classes from our timetable software but this would not include any Custom Classes / music lessons or activities that we have in Compass only (I don't think CASES21 would include those either). It won't be 100% perfect but would certainly minimise the risks and ability to provide accurate roll, but if Compass was to schedule this in the morning before school started or a predefined time and send it to an email account, we would be able to provide this to staff to do offline Roll.
