Please provide an option to specifically open Susie / LiveChat in a new window - and to minimise it by default on other windows / tabs. If you have the chat open on one screen and use another window/tab to navigate to other areas to get information on support calls or to get screenshots, we are having to constantly minimise the window on the second screen.
