When a student is added to sickbay in Chronicle, the entry shows their parent contact details. If a parent has a date of death recorded in People Management, they still appear in the sickbay contacts, and nothing shows that they are deceased.

The only workaround is to tick “Do Not Contact” on the deceased parent’s record. That relies on staff remembering to do it, and it shouldn’t be needed once a date of death is recorded.

Suggestion: When a parent has a date of death recorded, hide them from sickbay contact details automatically, or at least label them as “Deceased”.

This would stop staff from accidentally contacting a deceased parent while caring for an unwell student, which can be very distressing for the family.
