Late to school different from late to class

Late to school should be a separate SMS from Late to class as the duty of care is different. Currently, when sending an SMS about a student being late, parents receive an SMS for late to school and class. We would like to separate this so parents can respond to why their child was late to school, and we can deal with tardiness during the day.

Look into "Compass has the ability to trigger a Chronicle template on a student late sign in or early departure which provides the ability to control notifications to parents (push / SMS / email). If you would like this switched on, please contact our support team and reference 'DetentionLateSignIn' or 'DetentionEarlyDeparture'."
This would let you setup an sms to go out when signing in late.
