We would like to request the consideration of a feature built into People Management linked to the corresponding modules, that allows for Sponsors to limit the amount of room swaps individual teachers are permitted to perform in a given school week. Something like a drop down menu in their People Management profile would be great, and for newly generated accounts to have unlimited room swaps per week until they abuse the system, so that Sponsors can set limits when non-compliance with school policy persists. The currently limited options solely allowing blanket changes such as making a location unavailable for booking, make it difficult to curb issues that we are experiencing with flexible spaces (being a large school).
