Past Students Address linking to current students

A current students personal profile shows '+2 other people live at this address'. These are past students that exited years prior and should not be linked to current students as this reflects inaccurate living arrangements and household contacts. When the student is exited and inactivated on Cases it should filter through to Compass and then not link them to anyone unless it was the same family/parent relationship.

I have just had this issue crop up. The extra problem is that the past students are estranged from the father who now lives with the new students at the residence they lived at. I was told that the details can't be seen by the parent/carer at their end. I just hope this is the case...

Student > personal tab > when you click on the "2 other people live at XYZ Street" they are students who have left and are not even related to that particular student. Its picking up all people who have ever lived at that address. So if the house was sold and its to another family, these students are reflected! I feel this needs to be fixed asap as its not corrrect and confusing.

Even within the same family it's been inconsistent throughout the years.
