We need the Payment Centre banner to be re-added to the home screen on the parent portal of Compass. We communicate to parents that this is where they go to pay Curriculum Contributions and events. The parents at our school are unlikely to go looking for this if it is not front and centre. The general comment is that Compass is a pain to use. Also, when people pay for events and it shows green attending, they ring and double check as they think it is still asking them to pay.
