I am finding it exremely difficult with purchase orders being put for approval when we make notes - as I used to record Invoice numbers and when it was passed on for payment in my notes (or comments like back orders) for my own digital record keeping. I understand the description line and price changes puts it up for approval to maintain the integrity of the order but we need a space to keep notes without having to approve again (especially in schools where more than one person touches the same po) Thank you
