Could you have a push back button on the purchase order allowing a comment to be added to make a change/amend ie. when someone submits an order that has an incorrect amount ie, should be $1,800.00 but they have submitted $180,000.00 there is no way to tell them what they have submitted is incorrect. It shouldn't be up to the approver to change the details as they don't necessarily have the information about the order. Thanks.
