Quick Observations don't alert parents when an observation via the App has been posted by a staff member. This need to be a feature going forward. Otherwise how do parents know if a staff member has posted something.

We have created a chronicle template on browser to overcome this - however this is not the preferred way to communicate with parents in the mode of learning - eg. Tutor does a quick post to families about what was learned in a session.

Time is precious to teachers and having the Quick Observation on the phone is GREAT - it just needs a few tweeks to make it Brillant.

another fix to be made is for Staff to tag other staff in the Quick Observation as well as students. Eg. PE teacher does a quick observation and wants the classroom teacher to be aware along with the Parents.

Otherwise, the classroom teacher can be caught off guard if they don't see of know about the Quick Observations made by another teacher.

It would be great if we are informed when these changes are made tot he App.
