Recurring Contributions options within an Event

Can you add the option with the recurring contributions tab within an event to allow for multiple versions of a contribution? Then you can select some or all families for each version of the contribution. In Victoria we have specific issues around taking 'payments' plus we also have families who require financial assistance. I would like to be able to set up specific recurring contributions for a small number of families within an event without needing to ask for credit card details from the family. If I have given only certain families access to certain payment plans, then they can accept/decline it and then add their own cc information

I need to set up very specific recurring contributions for only select families within select events. I want to be able to create this family specific recurring contribution without needing to input the credit card information. I should be able to create the plan and then when the specific family selects it, they then add their credit card details. Otherwise they have to give us this information over the phone which is not best practice.
