Remove 'Sorry Business' for parents of non-Koorie students

Hi All, The Attendance Visibility page (Configure/AttendanceCodeVisibility.aspx) now allows this to be turned off from parent entry. To change which attendance notes are able to be selected via Kiosk, online by parents etc. Go to Administration Settings > Attendance Code Visibility.
We are unfortunately not able to provide different absent reasons on a per student basis (based on personal details of the individual student) at a school. However - it can be removed as an option available to select online by all parents - and then can be manually used by Admin staff as required.

If a child is not indicated as Koorie is should not be an option for the parent we should not have to do it at our end

There is now an option to change options for parents
The app on mobiles only display the headings that are set by DE (not Compass).

Using the new setting for attendance options, will allow you to switch it off for parents. We have switched this off in our attendance settings.

Emily For sure, it is a blanket setting, so turning it off is for all students. But we thought the work around of adjusting a Koorie student's absence reason was worth turning it off for everyone.
It is found under the cog icon - Administration Tools - Attendance Code Visibility.
Having looked at it again, perhaps I have misunderstood this, as I can see that the category states School Activities. I have tested it on a student absence and the category isn't showing when I have impersonated a parent.

Yes I've got a few families who chronically use 'sorry business' when they're sorry that their child is late/absent

I spoke to a parent, and they told me that the options become condensed when using their mobile and Sorry Business is the only one they can actually see when adding an attendance note.
