Users have reported that the new refreshed room change module (change location) is less user friendly as the room options take a lot more screen real estate, with users needing to scroll down a lot more to select a room.

It also has been rolled out with one icon for all items present in a room (such as projectors, speakers etc). If the default icons used through the rest of the platform could be reinstated it would be helpful. The names of these items also don't need to appear, a more compact list is preferred (an icon is sufficient, which users can hover over to reveal the name).
