Can we please have a banner option within Griddle that can be set to provide a notification to all Griddle users that something has happened that every Staff Griddle User is shown? Similiar to the Emergency Banner in Compass but limited to Staff with an optional toggle to block all import/exports until its removed.

i.e. Something has gone wrong with the timetable - do NOT import or make changes without contacting <Insert Name Here>
