We have many students who have strict contact details however no court order. PLEASE add a notes section in a student's personal tab so admin can write contact notes, so whomever does not use SIS, knows any important details before they call home. Alternatively, enable the ability for notes to import from Integris.

Notes feature near Parents name on Personal tab

Is it possible to have a Notes place near the parents contact details so staff can put a note in if there is a change to who should be contacted or not contacted. This would be useful when a parent is not to be contacted for some reason, or if they are away and grandparents are to be the point of contact.

This would be incredibly handy. If the note could appear underneath the parent/carer details within the sickbay module as well, so if students are unwell first aid officers can contact the correct people, that would be even better!

Yes - pinning notes is not sufficient for these things as they're on a completely separate screen and those not paying attention will miss important details. Having something right there next to phone numbers where it can't be missed would be hugely beneficial!
