We need to be able to utilize under allotted yard duties from the timetable without it being counted against face to face time in daily org.

Creating a separate pool within Daily Org does not address the inequity the is created between staff that are under allotted with yard duties in the timetable.

These under allotted time should be excluded from the yard duty scaling until their under allotment has been utilised.
