Have an additional box for entering completed task details, instead of deleting the required task notes.

I would like to see a tick box that allows the minutes of a meeting available for all staff. For example, consultative meeting doesn't involve all staff, so we don't want to add all to the meeting, but I would like all staff to be able to see the minutes of the meeting.

Ability to schedule recurring meetings in minutes.

Assign more than one person to complete a task, e.g; when each level co-ordinator needs to followup with a task discussed in a meeting.

Enable the creation of recurring meeting minutes templates (agendas AND people) to save time each week. If the meeting doesn't happen, then it can be recorded as 'did not occur' (helpful for regularly scheduled meetings between staff). These recurring meetings can then show up on staff timetables. We are not using Griddle so we don't have the option of adding meetings between staff easily.

You know you all want this. It would be so incredibly handy.

I want to send Minute agenda items, notes and attachments to attendees before and after meetings. I want to send it directly from the Minutes module and have it appear as an actionable task on related staff dashboard - like when you assign an action for a meeting (or assign an Insight survey). Staff require a reminder about meetings with the agenda prior to the meeting, and then the minutes (notes/attachements/actions) following the meeting.

t would be great to be able to add multiple owner to an agenda item for when I need a team to action something, not one person; I'd also like to be able to send/push the agenda to attendees for the date, right now I don't see it appear on staff dashboards when they're listed as an attendee (our teams send out our agenda's before the meeting so staff know what will be discussed and having this available through minutes would save us additional documentation and emails). It would be good to also establish meeting frequencies with team members and regular agenda items being able to be duplicated. Currently it looks like weekly meetings need to be created from scratch each time?

When using the My Schedule Sync to sync up your compass schedule with your Outlook/ Google/ iCalendar, Meeting Minutes do not show up in the calendar.

Having the ability to create folders & subfolders or categories of meetings would be useful, eg for Faculties/Teams such as Maths, Science, English, Attendance Team, WHS etc. Even the ability to sort into years would be useful.
