I know it's easy to see by name which students have custom flags e.g: photography restrictions. However, if we want a list with photos to identify students at a glance we need to cut and paste the images in a spreadsheet then add their information. Then we need to edit the list every time the flags are removed or added. This would also be handy with students with anaphylaxis or serious medical conditions to have these as printable lists with images to have in first aid or staff offices

Say I want to look at a specific year level or see how many students in the entire cohort have have access restrictions. Can there be a way to filter these so we don't accidentally miss any? Also can this be a downloadable list to be able to refer to it quickly (even for just certain staff)

Can you please create a report that will display student's photos that have flagged no media permission in any of the 3 categories (from CASES21), similar to how an anaphylaxis report can be generated. Would like the students phot and then the 3 categories and whether they are flagged as yes or no. We want to be able to get a report for each year level so teachers can quickly see who can and cannot be photographed.

Please would you add the ability to sort the custom flags into the order that a school needs? We want to prioritise some of our flags and don't have the ability to sort them.

The "bus" custom flag is so small it's impossible to understand it on a screen. It would be better if it were larger, like the dots. Other icons would also be useful.

Is it possible to create some additional coloured dots for Custom Flags, or even the ability to create our own/upload icons?

It would be very helpful if adding a student to a custom group would automatically add a custom flag. Likewise, removing them from the custom group should remove the roll flag. This would reduce the double handling that currently occurs for SAER and other groups of students.

We would like to have the photography flags displayed to parents (and students?) - parents are contacting us asking what their current consent is, and they should be able to view this themselves.

Is there a way to import the photo permissions students have listed on consent2go and synergetic onto the profiles of students on compass. Teachers and school staff cannot access these permissions and easily view this information unless they have access to the other databases to view.
