As someone with Custom Roll Flag administrative rights, I should be able to add/change/remove the Roll Flag from within the student's profile page. We use these to highlight things like if the student has special exam arrangements - if these are no longer in place, we need an easier way to change the Roll Flag. From the Roll Flags Administration page, we should also be able click on a student name and be taken to their profile directly from the Administration page, without having to then search for the student separately in the search bar. It's currently not seamless, easy or user friendly.

Can you please create a report that will display student's photos that have flagged no media permission in any of the 3 categories (from CASES21), similar to how an anaphylaxis report can be generated. Would like the students phot and then the 3 categories and whether they are flagged as yes or no. We want to be able to get a report for each year level so teachers can quickly see who can and cannot be photographed.

Is it possible to create some additional coloured dots for Custom Flags, or even the ability to create our own/upload icons?

Is there a way to import the photo permissions students have listed on consent2go and synergetic onto the profiles of students on compass. Teachers and school staff cannot access these permissions and easily view this information unless they have access to the other databases to view.

We would like to have the photography flags displayed to parents (and students?) - parents are contacting us asking what their current consent is, and they should be able to view this themselves.

Request for student medical/health and safety alert icon 'E' in purple background such the same as the Anaphylaxis alert 'A' in red background.

It would be easier and less time consuming to get a report like the Anaphylaxis, medical condition report but pull media consent details.

Activate roll flags to enable navigation to the tab it is associated with. For example, when hovering over the red 'L' (Learning Needs) clicking the flag will take you to the tab associated.

I’d like to submit a product suggestion regarding Roll Flags and Pulse reporting. Currently, when a roll flag is deleted, it is removed from selection but continues to appear in historical reporting (e.g. Pulse widgets). This creates confusion, as unwanted or legacy flags (such as Development Classes) still surface even after being removed or reconfigured. It would be really helpful to have an option to fully exclude or purge specific roll flags from reporting, or to prevent inactive/deleted flags from appearing in widgets like Pulse. This would improve data clarity and reduce the need for workarounds such as manual filtering or imports. Thanks for considering this improvement.

It would be very helpful if adding a student to a custom group would automatically add a custom flag. Likewise, removing them from the custom group should remove the roll flag. This would reduce the double handling that currently occurs for SAER and other groups of students.
