Previous version much better. This new 'updated' version is absolutley horrible and takes twice as long to create an order. The previous version was so much better. The new version is cluncky and I feel like I'm continually clicking mutiple times to get between fields that need to be completed. Change it back ot give school the option before just changing it without any forwarning.

As a Sub-Program Manager, we need visibility of all sub-program Purchase Orders without having to do screenshots as a copy before they go to the next person in the chain for full approval. If the screen shot doesn't happen then we do not have a copy. There should be a functionality for access to see the Purchase Order that we manage. At the moment I am 'screen grabbing' and placing copies of that into a PowerPoint to save. This is time consuming and seems very unnecessary. Please consider this update to the process.

Previously before new update you were able to see theamount spent from allocated subprograms and GL codes in financial manager. this function no longer exits and now creates many issues with staff now unable to independently keep tabs on their budget spending. I am in a BM group chat and during people expressing the changes to the new update we are all in agreement that having this function removed is not ideal as it now affects our funds processing procedure. The previous financial management was so much better, user friendly compared to the new update.

Administrators to be able to mark a purchase order as 'paid'. Need ability to create / review purchase orders from the mobile app (without viewing in browser). Duplicate PO's into future financial years.

Details Expected behaviour PO creators should receive a dashboard notification once a Purchase Order is fully approved. Actual behaviour PO P020954 shows as fully approved, however no dashboard notification appeared. What has been checked PO has completed both approval steps (Sub-Program Manager -> Business Manager) Status shows as Approved I am the creator of the PO Dashboard refreshed and re-login completed No notification visible on dashboard Impact Without the notification, there is no prompt to action the next step (e.g. sending the PO to the creditor), which can delay processing. This seems inconsistent with expected Compass behaviour and may indicate the notification trigger is not firing correctly.

Would be good to move a purchase order from current Financial Period into future period (or vice versa). As we reach end of year, a lot of planning starts for next year however we constantly have staff raising future year charges in existing Fin Period /budgets (showing inaccurate budget expenses). We currently cancel existing PO > Change Selected Fin Period > Raise new PO

Administrators to be able to mark a purchase order as 'paid'. Budget managers then will know if their order has been paid for or not. Purchase Order summary on the Sub Program page does not give any ex GST costing. All school budgets are ex GST but budget managers can only see GST inclusive spend tally on Compass. This simple update will allow managers to know how much they have available in their budget.

can you please change it back so that the PO number shows in the file name when you download an approved PO.

The ability for accounts (or nominated person) not just the BM to get notifications that there is a PO created and requires action.
