The Canteen/Shop only lets you close orders from a pulldown list up to 6 days before the availability date. There are special food days that we run that require us to give more notice to our suppliers then 6 days, (one requires 2 weeks) so we need to close the orders earlier then what we currently can. Could this please be changed to a free choice date rather than a pull-down list up to 6 days.

Please can the FSM be captured and put on the spreadsheet CSV file I download daily? The house and school do not need to be on there either - but it is ok for them to remain if this is more of a faff. Thanks

Remove functionality of a user being able to cancel any PAST completed canteen orders under Selected Dates and Selected Orders tab (either individual date cancel or bulk cancel). Once cancelled, it triggers automatic refund to compass wallet. Currently users can BULK cancel both current and past dated completed canteen orders. Suggestion - Where an completed canteen order date has passed - grey out the date as a visual highlight to the user that the date has passed. (CEnet)

Wallet balance to be visible on homepage for parents/app users

Staff have recently needed to cancel a few meals in Canteen and It would be really beneficial to parents to have the meal date showing on the cancellation email. They just receive a message to say that a meal has been cancelled, then they get in touch with school to find out why/when. If the date was showing (i.e. school trip date) it would make more sense and save the office (and parents) work!

In the canteen/shop management system, parents are currently able to order uniforms without selecting a size. The sizes are listed as options in the bottom section of each item, however the system still allows orders to be processed and paid for without a size being chosen. This is a significant issue, as it results in incomplete orders and creates confusion during fulfilment. Could we please make the size selection a mandatory field so that parents are required to choose a size before they can proceed to checkout?

Please allow preferred/anglicised names to print on canteen dockets

Can the special instructions box be removed or disabled if requested. We would prefer the parents to not have the ability to add heaps of additional instructions and order canteen items as standard.

Canteens frequently require volunteers for operation. It would be great to have a section for volunteers to signup for shifts under the canteen. Uniform shops are frequently run by school P&Cs and may benefit from this option as well. A volunteer shift signup could also be be used for parents to sign up for parent class help
