Earlier this year and in previous years, when we export progress reports to PDF the files came with the students' homegroup first then their student code. It was really useful, we could combine all the students in one year level to send to the relevant coordinator . When we did the second cycle for this year, it changed to just the student code. It's not really feasible for us to manually sort them every time.

Could we please have the ability to set our own Custom colours on the area of assesment items in Compass Progress reports. For instance, if we could enter in a colour hex code that would be great.

When students move class a few weeks into a cycle the progress report shows many classes, some which may not accurately reflect achievement or efforts due to short time. Can progress report have an option to only include classes a student is enrolled in at start of reporting window?

Could we make every second student a darker or lighter shade? I have trouble following which student is which box and often make mistakes. I've resorted to drawing lines on the screen with a pencil to reduce my data input errors.

Parents want to view reports via their phone, however they cannot. I would like to see how parents view reports via the mobile app. Can this option be available for staff who oversee reports.

An option to colour code a progress report scale would be good. E.g. for schools using a scale such as Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor, each descriptor could have an assigned colour. Makes it much easier for data entry.

Currently, progress reports are downloadable as one file in student alphabetical order. We want to print these off to give them to students (due to industrial action) and reorganising them will be a pain, it would also be good if there were a published to staff and students" option perhaps to also circumnavigate this issue.

To improve usability when completing progress reports, it would be beneficial if selecting a student automatically highlighted the entire row in the table. This would make it easier for staff to clearly identify which student’s record they are editing, particularly for those who find it difficult to track rows across the screen. Increasing the zoom level has been trialled, but it does not effectively address this issue.
