Can we please request the students start date (first current milestone date) to be displayed on the Student Profile > Dashboard screen or Student Profile > Personal tab? Our teaching and wellbeing staff require this information for multiple reasons, including in meetings with external agencies and care teams and as they don't have access to People Management, they are unable to view start dates from the Student Profile.

With the rise of AI and deepfakes, and an eSafety Commissioner report of a rise in incidents of staff photos being misused, please give schools the option to hide all staff (and other students' if applicable) photos from students and parents in their Compass. Staff would still need access to student and staff photos for identification and child safety purposes, but there is limited need for students or parents to view staff profile photos.

It's a concern that Compass displays incorrect information in relation the above. It's been brought to our attention that Compass doesn't currently have the ability to import the correct information from Cases21. Therefore the 'Proof of Immunisation Sighted' which is currently displayed on each student's 'Personal' page under 'Medical Details' should be removed from Compass to avoid confusion.

We can view the widget that shows the individual student’s attendance this year compared to previous year. Students are unable to see this. Students need to be able to view their own attendance data.

It would be useful for schools to have the ability to view a photo of parents/carers on their profile, particularly when assisting families in the office. Parents/carers could have the option to add their own photo, with the image only visible to authorised school staff through their Compass profile and not available to the wider school community. This would make it much easier for office staff to identify parents/carers when assisting them in person.

Please allow searching via text in the Student profile page for Chronicle entries. This would allow quickly searching for templates, or if a specific staff member made them.

On the student's profile page under personal there needs to be their USI as well as the students legal first and second name as well as the preferred first and second name. USI is based on legal names and should be shown.

It would help if the staff members personnel (wages) number could be added to their profile and be on the personal section. This used to be an option in Scholarpack and we use their personnel numbers all the time!

Hi there, as a regular user of Compass I have noticed that for children with Autism you have the symbol as the medical cross symbol. Autism really isn't a medical condition it is a neurodevelopmental condition or disorder. I have been thinking about this every time I open Compass and think it would be a great idea to change the symbol to the Autism rainbow coloured infinity symbol.

Want to easily see when staff days off are (or alternatively, when they are 'at school'). Would be good directly under their extension number on their profile page.
