It would be great to import / paste a list of Languages available in a conference cycle. Having to manually select them from the drop down is quite tedious.

We have a very large community base from languages other than English background. Need some functionality in conferences where it would allow booking for extended time with interpreters, or atleast a double slot booking for those students. Would be good if Compass comes up with a feature to address this issue. Thanks

It would be helpful to have the option of school day schedule rather than adding them individually. Remove the additional entry that is added after each new timeslot (or make optional)

It would be great to be able to archive past Conference events as the list get too long and hard for staff to find current Conference events

You should be able to duplicate conference cycles rather than set up from scratch every time

It would great to be able to hide previous conference cycles so that they can still be accessed if required but are not always visible. We use conferences for many other meetings besides PTSC and currently the only way to not see all previous ones is to delete them.

the running sheet is great, would like to have a mobile number on there to be able to call the caregiver if they don't show up on time to the appointment to be able to quickly move on. there needs to be a way to print unbooked students with the caregiver's name and phone number so they can be called to organise an appointment effectively and efficiently.

When emails are sent inviting parents to conference, teacher legal names are used, which is problematic for some teachers. It would be good to use preferred names or, to at least, have control over which is sent through a config setting or template.

It would be helpful if the teacher was notified when a parent cancels a meeting in conferences.

I suggest to make automatic email reminders for specific conference appointments as a built-in feature of the conference system. Schools could tick a box for when the reminder goes out - one week before, one day before etc
