Files with ampersands in their names do not download correctly from Lesson Plans. The full filename appears as a link, but when downloaded the filename is cut short and missing its file extension, making it unopenable until the correct extension is manually added. We would like Compass LMS to provide staff with the ability to easily remove resources and folders that have been accidentally imported from School Resources into a class or subject page. Currently, if an incorrect folder structure is imported, some folders cannot be deleted despite users having the appropriate permissions, leaving irrelevant content visible within classes and subjects. We request either a bulk delete feature, an "undo import" option, or the ability for users to completely remove imported content without requiring intervention from Compass Support. As schools continue transitioning to Compass LMS and increasing their use of School Resources, this enhancement would significantly improve the user experience and reduce administration time when mistakes occur.

With sensitive documents it would be good to PREVIEW them rather than download. This will reduce the possibility of sensitive documents becoming public.

The Audit Log in Class Resources, School Resources, School Documentation and any other location that has "Resources" displays every item that gets created or modified on our Compass Portal. With no search and or filter, it because a massive process to search through the logs to find a file. Firstly can it be limited to the area you open the Audit log in? On a class page, I only want to see the audit of items on that class page. not the entire school. Secondly, can we have the ability to search or filter the log by the name of a resource, staff member or Action. Thirdly, Resources delete don't show up here, can these be added in to say when a resources gets deleted and also provide us an option to recover them (even if we have a 30 day grace period)

Either being able to duplicate a folder in school resources and duplicate everything inside it or after downloading the folder being able to upload it and maintain the fole and folder structure

Presently, the folders in School Documentation show the name of the staff member who first set up the folder. Staff can leave or their roles can change overtime, and also folder contents can change dramatically over the years and have no resemblance to the initial contents of the folder that was set up years before. The staff member who set up/is responsible for the folder should be able to be changed or deleted.

If you try and upload more than 20 files, it doesn't work, but doesn't display a message either. You have to figure this our yourself and then split selection into 20 or less files at a time. Very painful.

It would be helpful if we could assign a couple of staff additional permission to manage a particular folder within School Resources. This would allow faculty leaders/school nurse/social committee to be able to manage their own folder, without the ability to edit other folders.

It would be super handy to have a url linking directly to a file within school resources.

My school uses school documentation to post supervisions daily I’m wondering if there is a way to have the document emailed to me. Classes sync over to compass however playground duties do not, so we need to check it multiple times I would like an auto email.
