When assigning teachers in daily org as a replacement teacher, we often do want to assign them to multiple classes. Sometimes though it's in error. It would be handy if an alert came up asking to double check, or if there was an inconsistencies tab to indicate a teacher has been scheduled to multiple places at once.

Have a dedicated system to make room bookings for non timetabled activities for rooms that are used in the timetable

I would love a yard duty template visible on the home screen and easily editable for duty swap or absences.

We and I'm assuming other schools that when you have a banner up it seems to cover the top part of compass when you open it in a browser on your phone - this then means you cannot access any of the tabs at the top or search for students. Is it possible that when opening in a browser on phones that the start of the compass page is pushed down so you can still access all the tabs and utilise compass. We had no computers or phones this week for over half a day and had to utilise compass on our phones but had to remove the banner as we couldn't access the tabs at the top but the banner was also really needed alerting staff.

Reports needed: Daily list of reassigned teachers/classes Total classes reassigned to a particular teacher for a given time period List of room changes made per day These seem available in Griddle but WA DoE schools can't access Griddle for another 18 months

When a teacher has been allocated a class from Daily Org is it possible for this teacher to be alerted via a push notification or email that they have been allocated an extra class for the day.

It would be helpful if Daily Organisation included staff assigned to events.

When a class is reassigned could it appear as a different colour on the teacher's schedule? Sometimes a teacher's class may be reassigned and another class assigned to that teacher due to relief not having appropriate experience. Currently both appear on the teacher's schedule with the only difference being on the last line.

It would be fantastic if we could view Daily Org in a grid view, either by teacher or by room. So, when we are making room changes and need to move classes for a double session, we can easily see if a room is free for the double session. Same, if we want to allocate a teacher to a class, to be able to easily see who is free at that time, and what the rest of their day looks like. This would be awesome!

Is it possible that room changes be disabled for all staff except the sponsors or daily org staff. We find that teachers change their rooms and this does not sync over to edval and is causes disruption. It would be preferred that some staff only have this access. For e.g sponsors and the Daily organisers.
